Not as good as a Croc |

Purchased this to replace a Croc. The plates aren't as smooth as the Croc's and hair gets stuck in cracks. The heat/temp is all over the place.

Better than Croc |

I live in Florida where the weather is ridiculously humid, After few days I got this item I throw out my Croc. This is much better quality. I love this flat iron. I needed something after my Croc iron stopped heating up enough (actually I don't ever remember it working that great, every time i used it. I would also find snagged hairs stuck in the plates). The plates glide smoothly, making my hair perfectly silky, shiny, smooth, straight, and even feels moisturized. Get TAO, trust me you won't regret it!
