Although the hurricane may have pushed back the shipping dates, I received my purchase and everything seems to work properly. I am fully satisfied with my product and the price I paid for it.

Product was at first faulty but then redeemed!

I was so excited to receive this item. When it arrived, I used it the next day. It started out amazing with heat and volume! I turned it off for a few minutes to take care of something else and when I returned, NO HEAT! Could not get to heat up at all anymore! Very disappointing.....I called Customer Service and they shipped out another one with a free return shipping label. The replacement dryer is awesome!!!! I have people comment on how sassy my hair looks now! Cut my drying time too. Only thing is, I noticed a burn hole on the attachment which may have been there when it was replaced or because the dryer gets so hot! Would think manufacturer would produce an attachment that could handle its product. I have some air coming out the side of it which takes away from its power but not that I can notice.

I was so thrilled to find my new Elchim Hair Dryer at a much much cheaper price than my other 3 from another co.. This is the best dryer for my hair type (very curly and frizzy). I can't say enough for this product and the speedy delivery.
