Shipping Method;
If the order is placed before 1:00 PM PST Monday - Friday, it will be processed and shipped out on the same day and if the item is available. If the order is placed after 1:00 PM PST, it will be processed and shipped the following business day and if the item is available. Please note that UPS or USPS does not deliver on weekend and Holidays

FREE SHIPPING;
FREE SHIPPING on everything in US Continental addresses only. Except in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, PO Box and APO/FPO Addresses. Salon Equipments are not qualified for FREE SHIPPING. If your order has liquid in a gallon the maximum quantity is 2 gallon to qualified for the FREE SHIPPING.

Delivery within 5 to 8 business days. (The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility.)

2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select;
2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select are not available on hair colors, liquids or items weighing over 20 pounds. 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Select orders must be placed before 1:00 PM PST Monday - Friday, it will be processed and shipped out on the same day if the item is available. If the order is placed after 1:00 PM PST, it will be processed and shipped the following business day if the item is available. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekend, Holidays and at Post Office Box (PO Box).

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, AA, AE & AP;
All orders on the above states will be shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-5 days for shipping. There is no Second Day Express or Next Day Express on orders for those states. Please note that our Free Shipping offer does not extend to these locations.


Undeliverable address & refused shipments;
If we receive a return package because of undeliverable address. you will be charge $10 return postage fee. in addition, you will be charged all original shipping fee or $10.00 if your order was shipped by free shipping.

Return policy:

All returns should be return to the address on the invoice.

BeautyBasicSupply realizes that sometimes the products that you receive may not always be what you expected. if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30 day return policy on all merchandise except some items. please read further details.

When you receive a package, thoroughly inspect the product to make sure it is free of damage. if you ordered an appliance be sure to plug-in and confirm that it is working properly.

if your item is damaged, shipped incorrectly or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. we will have a ups tag mail out and a new product sent out free of charge. all returns after 3 days will be treated as a regular return in which the customer will be liable for shipping charges.

if you want to return the item and cancel the order, you need to ship back the item to us and original shipping fee is not refundable or you will be charged of $10.00 if your order is by free shipping.

if you want to exchange the item, you need to ship back the item and you will be charged of shipping fee for the new item.


Return policy for salon equipment:


Once an order is shipped out of our warehouse, the order can not be cancelled.
a 30% cancellation fee will apply to any order that was not shipped and got cancelled by the customer also "items must be returned in original condition, not assemble, un-used, and in original packaging."

Upon receivable of the merchandise it is the customer responsibility to inspect the items, beautybasicsupply does not take responsibility for merchandise that was not inspected by the customer once it was delivered.

If shipment is damaged: notify the delivery man of the damage and have him note the damage onto the freight bill. contact the delivery company and inform them of the damage. keep all original packaging materials as this will be needed until your claim is settled, or for the return of your order.

Product should be returned within 24 hours from time of delivery.


International orders:

All international orders starting today August 13, 2012 will be held until it was verified. We are going to contact the buyer by phone or email to verify some information. It is also possible that we may process the order by PayPal. If the customers are not able to response back to us with in 3 days we will cancel the order.
All international shipment will be ship via united states postal service(usps). please allow 5-20 business days for shipping. there is no weekend delivery, second day express or next day express on orders ship to other countries. all duties, taxes and brokerage fee are responsibility of the purchaser.
